SØWT (noisy art rock)

For fans of: Mudhoney, Tramhaus, Nirvana

SØWT operates from the heart of the Dutch underground music scene. Martijn Claessens, Jesse van Eiken, Koen Verhees and Danielle Warners are making waves as musicians, sound engineers, concert organizers and artists. The band self-released their tape -Junkie’s Boneyard- in 2018 and in 2023 the band presented their first LP -Kids Hurting Kids– with Bagdaddy Records. In 2024 the band released the EP –Things That Rhyme With Pain– including full length videoclip. Now the band is back with the new LP –Is This The Hard Part?- in collaboration with Subroutine and Bagdaddy Records. 2024 started with a bang as the band crossed the ocean for their first ánd second UK-tour. And later that year the band had the honor of supporting grunge legends Mudhoney on their full EU-tour. To top it all off the band was the support act for Canadian METZ on their 2024 EU/UK tour in the Netherlands.

Support: Crashpad

Crashpad is a Noise Rock/Sludge/Alternative Rock trio from Berlin, founded by vocalist and guitarist Josefine
Lukschy in 2023. Their debut album “Happy Place” was released on April 25, 2025 (digital & 12” vinyl).
The music lives in the tension between heaviness and fragility, light and darkness — sludgy guitar riffs are pierced by clear vocals, driving drums, and stripped-down yet deeply resonant basslines. Live, it becomes a raw, emotional force — intense, unpredictable, and uncompromising. It’s a sound that thrives on contrast – where crushing noise gives way to sudden silence.
“Happy Place” explores the tension between safe haven and illusion: for Crashpad, melancholy is not a burden,
but a rite of passage — a journey through darkness toward insight.
